Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday: 7 AM – 6 PM. Dogs may be dropped off any time after 7:30am and must be picked up prior to 6pm. A late fee of $10 per 15 minutes will be charged to anyone picking up after 6pm.
Evaluation and Forms
All dogs who participate in our Day camp must go first through an evaluation prior to being admitted into the program. One criterion is temperament and behavior in relation to other dogs and humans. Another is your dog’s physical condition and whether we believe structured program is best for your dog.
If you are interested in having your dog participate, please call to make an appointment for an evaluation. Prior to coming in for the evaluation please print, read, completely fill out, sign the following forms and bring them with you to your appointment.

Reservations
Space in our doggie daycare and fitness program is limited; all spots are by reservation only. We encourage you to reserve the same day(s) of the week if possible because of the pack nature of dogs. Should your reserved day(s) fall on a holiday or during your vacation, please arrange to bring your dog in on alternate days during that month. Missed days are not carried over to subsequent months.
Cancellations
We realize life happens and sometimes you are unable to bring your dog on your scheduled day(s). If this happens, please give as much notice as possible. If you don’t call us ahead of time, you will forfeit that day.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards, cash and personal checks. All membership payments are auto-debited to your credit card on file on your enrollment date renewal. Single day passes, additional swim or massage sessions, specialty classes, etc. may be paid by credit card, cash or check.
Refunds
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds.
Behavior
For the safety of staff and all dogs involved in our program, we encourage all dogs to exhibit good behavior. Dogs that don’t may be given timeouts, or may be removed from a play group. Dogs who shows aggression toward other dogs and / or our staff will be removed immediately from the group and will no longer be allowed in our Day Fitness and Care program.
Sanitation
For your dog’s health and safety, all areas are cleaned continuously and disinfected daily with a non-toxic germicide.
