🎵 Paws & Rhythm: Precision Training in Motion
You and your dog will learn to master training routines with music!
Join us for a fun, 7- week interactive class where dogs and their humans work together to learn choreographed routines set to music. (First Class is orientation without the dog). This class is designed to improve your dog’s focus, coordination, and obedience while strengthening the bond between you. Through playful training exercises, your dog will gain confidence, mental stimulation, and physical fitness—all while having a blast!
Paws & Rhythm is an engaging group training class that blends structured obedience with the power of music — not dance, but purposeful movement set to rhythm. The music provides timing and flow, helping handlers and dogs move together with focus, confidence, and precision.
In this class, dogs learn solid foundation skills including:
-
Sit at a distance on a 15 o 20 ft. lead
-
Down at 15 to 20 ft. lead
-
Come when called
- Stay at distance on 15ft. to 20 ft. lead
-
Focus and engagement with their handler
From there, teams build structured routines that incorporate coordinated movement patterns such as:
-
Working in a circle
-
Moving in straight lines
-
Passing other dogs calmly and confidently
-
Tight turns
-
Left and right turns
-
Walking forward and backward
- Weaving
-
Smooth transitions between positions
The music helps create natural pacing and consistency, making transitions smoother and improving timing between handler and dog. Dogs learn to stay attentive even with movement and mild distractions around them, strengthening reliability in real-world settings.
This class is highly effective because it:
✔ Builds impulse control in a stimulating environment
✔ Strengthens the bond between dog and handler
✔ Improves leash manners and spatial awareness
✔ Encourages teamwork and clear communication
✔ Makes structured training fun and motivating
By the end of the course, you and your dog will be able to perform coordinated training routines with confidence, focus, and rhythm — moving together as a team with purpose and precision.
Whether your goal is to perform routines, build better everyday manners, or just have fun with your pup, Paws and Rhythm is the perfect way to combine training, music, and movement in a joyful, motivating environment.

Why Paws & Rythm is Effective:
-
Reinforces Training Skills in a Fun Way – By pairing obedience commands and behaviors with music, dogs learn to focus and respond reliably, even with distractions. It strengthens cues like sit, stay, heel, and come in a joyful, engaging environment.
-
Improves Focus and Coordination – Choreographed routines challenge dogs to move precisely and consistently with their handler, improving body awareness, timing, and responsiveness.
-
Enhances Communication Between You and Your Dog – Synchronizing movements to music requires handlers and dogs to work closely as a team, deepening trust and understanding.
-
Mental and Physical Stimulation – The combination of learning new skills, practicing routines, and moving to music provides excellent mental enrichment and physical exercise, keeping dogs sharp, happy, and healthy.
-
Boosts Confidence – Successfully performing routines builds confidence in both dog and handler, making them more comfortable in social situations and around distractions.
