Training Your Best Friend Terms of Service
1. Dogs are required to be current on rabies, parvovirus and distemper vaccinations. We accept titers for dogs who cannot be vaccinated. Bordetella is also highly recommended.
2. Puppies should have their first vaccination before participating in class. All pets should be kept current on vaccinations in accordance with their pet’s licensed veterinarian’s recommendations.
3. Any dog which, in the opinion of the class instructor, is aggressive or not behaviorally suited will be removed from the class and placed in the appropriate behavioral. Additional costs are your responsibility to pay the difference.
4.Training your Best Friend. LLC supports children who have an interest in dog training. However, we are here to train Parents to train your dog. This is not a class or workshop for children. It is your job to work with your children at home. Children must be 13 years of age & accompanied by a parent to attend class.
5. All dogs weighing over 25 lbs. must be on an easy on an easy walk harness. and a strong nylon leash. For small to petite dogs & puppies, harnesses are recommended. No collar training as it can cause physical harm.
6.Retractable Leashes, choke collars, prong collars, slip collars & e collars are strictly not permitted and not allowed in class.
7. All dogs must remain on leash when on the premises of the facility.
8.All owners must clean up after their dogs when on the premises of the facility.
9.Cancellation of Class must be within 24 hours of enrollment
10. Each class size is predetermined. Therefore, we do not allow transfer of one class to another.
11. Our Saturday classes (Public Manners, Reactive Rover & Reactive Rover Two) are outdoor classes and dependent on weather conditions). Makeup classes are held on Sundays only. No Transferring out of class or make up class in another class or next session. Yearly schedule is planned in advanced as with any other school. We do not extend sessions.
Refund Policy
Because we keep each class to a limited size, we do not issue refunds. Should you need to cancel your reservation within 24 hours, we will be happy to apply your application to a future class of within 60 days.
